By accessing or using ContentHub (the "Platform"), available at contenthub1.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By using ContentHub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Access to the Platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ContentHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload to ContentHub. By posting content, creators grant ContentHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content on the Platform. Users who purchase or subscribe to content receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any purpose without the prior written consent of the content owner or ContentHub. Any unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

ContentHub uses a virtual currency called "Stars" that can be purchased and used to unlock premium content, subscribe to creators, and access exclusive features. Stars are purchased with real currency and have no cash value outside the Platform. All purchases of Stars are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Stars cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the Platform. ContentHub offers a cashback program where eligible users may earn bonus Stars based on their activity and purchases. The terms and availability of the cashback program are subject to change at our sole discretion. ContentHub reserves the right to modify the pricing, availability, and exchange rates of Stars at any time.

ContentHub offers subscription plans that provide access to specific creators' content. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscribed content until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided, except as required by applicable law. ContentHub reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

ContentHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ContentHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. ContentHub respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with a DMCA notice via our Telegram support channel.

You agree not to: (a) use any automated system, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Platform; (b) download, copy, or redistribute any content from the Platform without authorization; (c) harass, abuse, or harm other users or creators; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or other users' accounts; (g) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (h) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers; (i) create multiple accounts for abusive purposes; or (j) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ContentHub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall ContentHub, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ContentHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts for any actions not subject to arbitration.
